In addition, if the TechMobiles.Pk company envelope is torn or the seal is broken, we kindly request that you do not accept the order. This will help us prevent any issues that may arise due to damage or tampering of the product.
Finally, please note that if you do not have video proof of any lost or damaged items, we will not be able to replace or refund them. This is an important policy that we have in place to ensure that all claims are genuine and to protect our customers from any fraudulent claims.
To maintain a secure and transparent transaction process, it is advisable not to open the parcel until payment has been made to the courier. This ensures that both parties adhere to the agreed-upon terms and helps prevent misunderstandings or disputes. Once payment is settled, you can then inspect the contents to ensure they match your order and are in satisfactory condition. This approach promotes trust and accountability in the transaction.

Before even thinking about opening the parcel, thoroughly inspect the packaging. Look for any signs of tampering, damage, or irregularities. If the package appears damaged or shows signs of being opened previously, do not proceed with opening it.
Once you receive the parcel after making payments make a video of opening of the parcel. Before tearing the packing make sure you clearly show the parcel along with clear view of your order details. Then open the parcel and check the product. Save the video.
If product is not the same this video will be of great help to you as you will be having the proof.
If required/asked you can share the video with MobileTrade.Pk and We will take care off your case. As they fear loosing reputation, since you can share the video on social media platforms.

Next-day delivery availability depends on the courier service. In most cases, next-day delivery is available within Karachi, but for locations outside Karachi, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

Basic Delivery & Warranty Information
At TechMobiles.pk, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If a product you receive has a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement within 2 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your replacement. If approved, a replacement will be dispatched to your address. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing and delivery of the replacement.
Kindly note that certain items, such as perishable goods, fragile products, charging ports, and small mobile components, are not eligible for replacement. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may also be ineligible for a refund or exchange. TechMobiles.pk reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with our policy standards.
To initiate a return, please contact our after-sales service team with your order details. Our representatives will guide you through the process and provide the necessary return shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Important Note:
We would like to clarify that TechMobiles.pk cannot be held responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer. If a vendor agrees to accept the return of such an order, 25% of the product’s net value will be deducted as a handling fee.
This deduction is applied in accordance with our official Terms and Conditions.

Used Mobile Warranty
Purchasing a used mobile phone imported from the UK, Dubai, or the USA offers customers an excellent opportunity to enjoy premium performance and reliable functionality at an affordable price.
At TechMobiles.pk, our used phones are carefully imported from Dubai and the USA and come with a limited warranty. Please note that Touch, Camera, Display, and Dead Device issues are not covered under this warranty.
Before shipping, every device undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection and testing process to ensure it is in full working condition. While the chances of receiving a faulty unit are extremely rare, we still encourage our customers to test their device thoroughly upon receipt.
If you experience any problem with your device, please contact us immediately after receiving it. We offer a 3-day replacement warranty for reseller-used mobile phones, provided the issue is reported within the warranty period and complies with our policy guidelines.

Mobile LCD/LED Unit Panel Warranty
At TechMobiles.pk, all LCD/LED panels and glass parts are tested before dispatch to ensure proper functionality. Please test the product before installation — warranty will be void if the screen is glued, fitted, or damaged during installation.
The protective warranty film must remain intact until testing is complete, as it serves as proof of warranty. Any removal or tampering will cancel coverage.
Fingerprint sensors on displays are not covered under warranty due to calibration differences. OLED or master-copy displays may have slightly larger bezels but offer reliable quality.
Warranty does not apply to water damage, physical breakage, or altered warranty seals.
If an incorrect order is placed, a 25% handling fee will be deducted upon vendor-approved return.

Other Mobile Parts Warranty
At TechMobiles.pk, we want our customers to clearly understand their warranty coverage for mobile parts. Our goal is to ensure you receive the best quality and support with every purchase.
Charging Ports:
All charging ports listed on our website are brand new and QC tested. These products do not include a warranty, but they are fully tested before shipping. If your phone supports fast charging, please order the original charging port, as master copies do not include a fast-charging IC.
Mobile Batteries:
We provide OEM-quality batteries made with original cells and covered by a limited warranty. Warranty is not valid for batteries that are swollen, damaged, or glued during testing.
For best results, test the battery by connecting it to your phone without glue or tape and check the backup for 2–3 hours. Contact our after-sales team within 24–48 hours if you find any issues.
Other Mobile Parts:
Products like Camera Glass, Back Panels, Camera Modules, Flex Cables, Speakers, and Buttons are brand new and QC tested, but not covered under warranty.
If you receive the wrong item, contact our after-sales team within 24–48 hours. Once the incorrect item is returned, we’ll exchange it and send the correct one to your address.
